    Unfortunately they do not allow me to put "0" stars. We had a terrible experience renting a home from Epps. We had to move because I was relocated for work. We tried to go about breaking our lease in the proper way. We were told that if we find someone to take over our lease and pay a fee, it would not be a problem. They ended up finding someone to take over our lease within a few days and we were served with an eviction notice. They then reported it to my credit and my husbands credit for a broken lease. We tried to handle everything professionally and Melinda Epps took everything very personal. As far as the home that we were renting, this was during the Winter and the heater did not work properly. We were freezing cold in our home but we were getting electric bills for greater than $300 every month. They sent out technicians but it was never fixed and we were not compensated for the outrageous bills. If we ever have to rent a home in the future, we would do better research on the company before leasing.

    ATM never works after hours, if you withdraw money it doesn’t spit out but sure does show on your account money was withdrawn. Dispute process is very lengthy.

    This location is worst with waiting time. The people who say there is no waiting time are probably friends of the tellers and were asked to leave a review saying that. I've been in line for an hour and they have 4 tellers working and the other four are just having the time of their life talking and laughing. This is the third time I come here and it's the same thing.

    I am a single father of 3 kids and I am running on weekly budget. When I walked into this location I was helped by a young lady named Jessica and I explained to her my budget for my insurance and she was able to help me stay in that range. As soon as I walked Into the office I turned Into her priority and she helped me quick.
